Heather Breeze

Heather is an architect who has studied, worked, and lived in Toronto for 15 years. She has completed both an undergraduate and a master’s degree in architecture at Toronto Metropolitan University, and is currently working at Montgomery Sisam Architects. Her interests revolve around the intersection of public policy and architectural design, particularly for affordable housing, safe streets, and advocacy.

Heather is involved with organizing the various forum and panel events that are hosted by the TSA. As an Initiative Lead, she helps to research and compile speakers and participants from across the GTA and around the world for TSA events exploring numerous topics and subjects. She enjoys engaging with the public to discuss ideas and advocate for the built environment in Toronto and beyond.

I love volunteering with the TSA because we form a passionate community striving for better design architecture, while also advocating for community thinking and engagement. It's an excellent way to be involved in architecture beyond a job or the profession, and venture outwards to help shape our city.
